The prices displayed in this promotional material are for the boat sharing option, except for the Private Tour option. A deposit of RM 100 is required to secure your booking slot. A minimum of 2 (TWO) COUPLES SPECIAL packages is required for the tour to start. If there are no other groups going on for any particular tour at any particular time slot, the rate will revert back to normal rate with a 10% discount. Each package purchased entitles for ONE batik painting activity and ONE keychain, while stocks last. All tours are packaged for 1-4 person and any additional person will incur add-on charges. Kuantan River Tours will not hold any responsibility for any injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense or inconvenience arising from travel misfortunes beyond our control. The management reserves the right to cancel the trip should any guest fail to arrive within 15 minutes of confirmed tour time. In case of light rain, guests will be provided with rain coats or ponchos. In case of severe bad weather such as heavy rain with thunderstorms, tour will be cancelled without any prior notice to ensure your safety. In such case, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for another date and time of your choosing, subject to availability. Security deposit will only be refunded due to bad weather and if there are no other groups of people going for any particular tour at any particular time slot. Wildlife spotting is possible but not guaranteed. The Management of Kuantan River Tours reserves the right to amend or nullify any part of this package without any prior notice.
